Avoid sudden and extreme temperature fluctuations. Cool the oven. Hold the oven dish with a dry cloth when the oven dish is hot. Do not use a wet or cold cloth. Borcam is dishwasher safe. You can put the baking dish in the dishwasher without any problems. Do not use broken or cracked oven dishes.
