Return conditions

At Evimo, we use a careful return process to ensure the quality of our products. Here are the main rules:

1. Inspection before refund Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will carry out a product inspection. We check whether the product is in its original condition, undamaged and without signs of use.

2. Condition for full refund

Unused: The full purchase price of the product will be credited only if the product has not been used and - if reasonably possible - is in its original packaging.

Traces of use: If inspection reveals that the product is used or damaged, a reduction in value may be charged or the return may be refused.

3. Return costs The cost of return shipping is entirely the customer's responsibility.

4. When will I receive my money? After a successful inspection, we will refund the product amount as soon as possible via the payment method you used when ordering. Usually this is within 5 to 10 working days after receipt of the return.
