Make your favourite type of pasta

Pasta is an Italian dough with many uses: spaghetti, fettuccine, lasagne, ravioli. It's just how you cut the strips. You only need a few ingredients for the dough and then you choose from one of 9 settings for the desired pasta thickness.

Table clamp

To make the pasta, turn the lever of the appliance. The included clamp can be used to secure the pasta maker to a table or worktop. It works like a vice; no assembly is therefore required.

Using the pasta maker

1. Pull out and turn the knob to set the opening to the correct dough thickness. Place some of the prepared dough on the dough roller and turn the lever to make a slice of paste. Note: occasionally clean the bottom scrapers under the rollers with kitchen paper.

2. Place the sheet of pasta in the cutting section and insert the lever into the corresponding hole. Turn the lever to make the pasta: you can choose between two different thicknesses.
